![]() This game is much easier than those titles (funny/ironic) - granted they don't even sit in the same zip code in terms of style but still - this game isn't that hard.įreespace controls are only slightly simpler - but its a dogfight/capitalship fight game that is rather demanding on reflexes when it comes to evasion/survival. ![]() ![]() I have the Freespace collection here - and Mass Effect (all of them) Just to poke fun at other games mentioned. Now if your suffering due to controls - or lack of understanding - speak up - plenty of knowledge to go around here. If you don't take the time to plan it out to some degree (very little in fact) and explore - you won't like it very much - even then - its still forgiving. In truth this games difficulty curve is very forgiving - its all how you approach the game. Seeing complaints about puzzles alone make me scream. Games these days are too damn easy and literally serve these kids up with everything on a damn platter. I grew up on the Atari/NES here - trust me - I know. I could list off even more games - in truth the classics are generally considered brutal beyond imagination and horrifyingly hard in many cases. You won't find that in the majority of games here today.įunny enough "Pacman" is more challenging than Everspace 2 (laughs) Hate to break it to you - but using 8bit / 16 bit games (if that) as a comparison is a little ridiculous. I love to play roguelikes on hardcore, but i also love to play 30 minutes to "Feel the space" without Pressure. It would keep up the FUN for this group, and for sure will keep your sales high. The point is, please think about the generation which played Asteroids and Defender back in the days and which are now NOT SO FAST anymore. I am 59 years old, German and loved to buy your game, even iin early access. Originally posted by SALZHERZ:Dear Developers.
